YUMI looks real interesting, though, as I have a whole box of USB drives with various utilities and useful stuff and the idea of having one or two big fast drives with a boot menu to select from is very appealing.

Possibly a mix of bootable and content that can be launched separately or via Portable Apps? I'm not sure about having Windows 7 and 8 installers on the same drive, i haven't tested that.
